Do you have a print catalogue?

Our website is our catalogue. We are constantly adding new products to your website so it would be hard to keep an up to date print catalogue. Check back often to see what is new and on sale!


Can I place my order by telephone?

At this time orders can only be placed online.


What if I can't find what I am looking for?

No problem! Send us an email and we can help you find what you are looking for. We can order many more products than the ones you see in our store.


Will I be contacted if I order a product that was incorrectly priced on your website?

We make every effort to keep our pricing accurate. However, in the event that a product is incorrectly priced out our website, we reserve the right to cancel that order and notify the customer of the correct pricing. They may then choose to place a new order at the correct price.


What if I find one of the products you carry for a lower price on another online retail store?

If you find an identical product on another online retail store (wholesale prices do not qualify) for a lower price, we will do our best to match the price for you!

The item must be the identical product, model, year, color, size, fabric, packaging and manufacturer, etc. The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the product must be in stock.

Competitor’s coupons, promotions or “Gift-with-purchase” offers will not be accepted for the price match.

One Love Wedding Essentials will only match prices with other authorized vendors.

Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business", "Liquidation Sales", eBay or companies in distress. One Love Wedding Essentials reserves the right to deny any price match on an item that is not in stock with a competitor or does not meet the criteria of our Price Match Policy.

To find out if the products you are interested in qualify for a price match, email us the product information and website where you found the lower price and we will let you know if the price can be matched to that of the competitor's. info@oneloveweddingessentials.com.


When should I place my order?

We recommend you place your order 1-2 months before your wedding date. Although it will not take long to receive your purchase, this will give you plenty of time to receive your items and continue with your wedding preparation with less stress!


Can I personalize the products I purchase?

Many of our items can be personalized. Check the description of the item you are interested in to find out if it can be made more personal. You can also email us with any of your inquiries. Please be very careful when entering information to personalize a product. We are not responsible for any mistakes that the customer may make while entering the personalized information.


What currency are your products in?

All prices are in US Dollars.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept secure online payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit Card through PayPal.


Will I be charged sales tax?

BC residents pay 12% HST.

Nova Scotia residents pay 15% HST.

New Brunswick residents pay 13% HST.

Ontario residents pay 13% HST.

Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec and PEI residents pay 5% GST.

US residents pay 0% sales tax.

Do you have a retail store?

We only have an online store at this time. In the near future we hope to have a local showroom where you can view most of the products we offer. Our products are shipped out from both Canada & US warehouses, depending on the products ordered.


Can I order a sample of a specific product?

Many of our products can be purchased in quantities of one. Simply add one item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to place your order. If you are looking at an item that requires you to purchase in a specific quantity, the item must be ordered in that quantitiy because they come prepackaged. Sample orders for personalized product will not come with your specific personalization, but rather a generic sample so that you can evaluate the quality of the product. If you are needing your specific personalization, the product must be ordered to meet the minimum quantity. Normal shipping charges will apply.


How many products do I get for the price I see listed?

The product description or product name will let you know how many units you get for the posted price. If a product states that it comes in a set of four, the price posted will be for the entire set! If there is no mention of more than one product, it will be the price of a single item. Several of our products have tier pricing so the more you buy, the more you save!


Do you offer large quantity discounts?

We do offer volume discounts on many of our products. There will be a quantity pricing table in the right corner on the item page if a discount is offered. If you are considering a product without a quantity discount price listed, or if you require a much larger quantity of an product and would like a better price, please email us at info@oneloveweddingessentials.com


What happens if I order an item that has been discontinued?

Although we make every effort to keep our catalog current, occasionally, an item may be discontinued without prior notice. If an ordered item was discontinued, you will be contacted with the option to exchange the discontinued product for a similar product from our store or to receive a full refund.


How do I enlarge a photo to see more detail?

You can click on any of the pictures provided to see a larger version. You can enlarge it even more by clicking on the expand button on the already enlarged image. This will give you a better view of the design options on some of our products.


What should I do if I am having problems with your website?

Sometimes there are issues with the internet that are out of our control. You can reach us at support@oneloveweddingessentials.com

Where do you/don’t you ship to?

We ship to most of Canada & the US.

We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, NWT, Yukon, Newfoundland, Nunavut or Labrador. We are hoping to be able to deliver to these areas soon.

We do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
